A little bit about Cat

Cat has been involved in sport from an early age, learning to windsurf at seven, and starting competing aged nine. She spent a total of seven years on the National Windsurfing Squad, before retiring due to injury in 2002. The highlights of her competitive career are a Silver medal at the 1999 Junior World Championships and being selected for the Olympic Development Squad. Cat continues to coach at junior level, mainly for the South and South West Zone Squad.

As well as a competitive history, Cat has also both studied and worked in the fitness industry. Cat graduated with a 2:1 degree in Sports Development and Coaching Sciences from Bournemouth University, and once the obligatory backpacking trip around the world had been completed she commenced her career in the Leisure Industry and has been there ever since.
