New You Health & Fitness is based in Ottery St Mary. We provide service to Exeter and East Devon as indicated on the map to the right.

Training can take place at your home or place of work, outdoors (local parks or the beach are our favourites), or in a gym.

We are currently working out of Leisure East Devon (LED) gyms, but are keen to expand. Please contact us with details if you would like to train at a non-LED gym.
